Have old brick pipes been used in the manufacture of the Teo lamp?

No old brick pipes have been used for the Teo lamp. Brick pipes have served as an inspiration for the design of the lamp.

How do I change the lamp, how do I remove the diffuser?

The lamp comes with a wooden "bolt" with which the diffuser can be removed. From here to the instructions.

Can I get spare parts for the lamp?

How do I clean the product?

Wipe dust off with a microfiber cloth. Fingerprints can be removed with a damp microfiber cloth. After wiping with a damp cloth, dry the surface with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid detergents and abrasive cleaners.

There are tonal differences in the body of the lamp and there are irregularities in the edge. Can I make a complaint?

The body of each lamp is its own individual self, so the handprint and imperfections visible on the surface and at the edges of the lamp's mouth opening are part of the product's characteristics - for us it is a thought and a reminder that we are all unique, individual.

Is it possible to get the lamp with your own colour?

As a rule, we manufacture Teo lamps in colors according to our collection. For project projects, it is possible to get the Teo lamp with your own shade. Please contact tiina@ehealiving.com.

Can the products be bought from retailers?

The product can be purchased from our online store or from selected retailers. You can find dealers here.

How/where can I track my order?

You can follow the order from the link in your order confirmation. If you can't find others, check your email's trash. You can also contact us at tiina@ehealiving.com.

Can I cancel my order?

The easiest way to cancel your order is to contact us at tiina@ehealiving.com.

How can I contact customer service?

We are available by phone on weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00, tel. +35820 730 9230. You can contact our customer service by email: tiina@ehealiving.com. We try to answer emails within a few business days.

Returns & exchanges

How can I return the product I ordered?

The consumer customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The customer has an obligation to take care of the product until it is returned to the seller or to be transported by the carrier. If the customer returns a product that is not fit for resale, he has to compensate the merchant for the depreciation of the product. If the product is completely unsaleable, the amount can also correspond to the full value.

Returning the product

It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you ordered. You can only return unused, salable products. Please note that failure to pick up is not a return.

If you want to exchange or return a product:

Report the matter immediately by e-mail to tiina@ehealiving.com (or via the form), but no later than 14 days after receiving the product

Attach the order number and your contact information to the returned package, and package the returned product carefully.

The product must be packed according to our instructions in its original transport packaging.

A possible customer return is free of charge for you.

In cases of returns, the refund is always made to the payment method used in the order. You will be notified when your return has been processed.

Please note that the right of return does not apply to custom-made products outside of the online store's selection, which have been ordered separately from the manufacturer in accordance with the customer's wishes.
