Terms of service

Terms of delivery (valid from 4.8.2022)

Ehea Living (business ID: 2651514-1) sells products to individuals and companies. The subscriber must be of legal age or have a guardian's permission to order. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

When ordering, the customer must provide an email address and phone number (for order confirmation & product delivery). The subscriber is responsible for checking and correctness of the order and the information he/she fills in. The customer commits to the delivery terms in force with each order.

Order and payment confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:

• The content of the order and the number of products
• The final amount of invoice
• Taxes

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases od complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Delivery methods and time

Delivery

Our delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. We will inform you about unusual delivery times in our online store. You can ship using the tracking code you received from us. 

We keep a small stock of products. Order processing may sometimes be congested and delivery times may be longer than normal.

Exchange and return conditions

The consumer customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right in te accordance with the Finnishg Consumer protection Act. The right to exhange and return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The customer has a duty of care until then, or it has been returned to the seller or to be transported by the carrier. If he/she returns a product that is not fit for resale, he has to compensate the merchant for the depreciation of the customer´s product. If the product is completely unsaleable, the amount can also correspond to the full value.

Returning the product

It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you ordered. You can only return unused, salable products. Please note that failure to pick up is not a return.

If you want to exchange or return a product:

Report the matter immediately by e-mail to tiina@ehealiving.com (or via the form), but no later than 14 days after receiving the product Attach the order number and your contact information to the package to be returned, and package the product to be returned carefully. The product must be packed according to our instructions in its original transport packaging. A possible customer return is free of charge for you. In cases of returns, the refund is always made to the payment method used in the order. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed. Please note that the right to return does not apply to custom-made products outside of the online store's selection, which have been ordered separately from the manufacturer in accordance with the customer's wishes.

If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to you, you must report the error within a reasonable time by email to tiina@ehealiving.com. If the product delivered to you is incorrect or incomplete, the seller has the right to either correct the error or deliver a new product.

If the package is damaged in transit, a complaint about the product must be made to the logistics partner. The seller is not liable for compensation for delivery delays or other indirect damages.

We reserve the right to change our delivery and cancellation terms and other information on the pages. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery and cancellation conditions valid at any given time.
